Video Card does not support PIxel Shader 2.0, League of Legends?

Okay so I really wanted to play this game but for some god damn reason I could not get pass anything. When I double click the game, the question above pops up.. I have a legit crappy computer which is probably a decades old but can you help me out PLEASE. My graphic card is NVIDIA Quadro NVS 280 SD. My friend gave me the website from Nvidia and I installed a couple of drivers to get to NVIDIA Quadro NVS 280 SD. After that I tried to install a geforce but when it finishes, I couldn't see it change the driver. I'm hoping that you guys have had experience from this and knows the answer to my problem. I also don't really want to buy a new driver or anything because Idk how to put it into the computer. Again please help me D;
