Ipod 8gb 4g or iphone 4?

so i currently have the ipod 8gb 4g and a crappy message phone, but I am going to be upgrading my phone, so i was thinking of getting the white iphone 4. My ipod touch sells for almost $200, so Should I sell my ipod 4g and get the iphone 4?
