Can more then one person be charged for supplying alcohol to minors?

if someone addmits to the conntributing then that person will get in trouble. they wont even have to go to jail, it depends on the police officer thats responds. if they r hard asses, then they can do whatever they want, even take the whole "party" downtown. the only people that wont get in trouble r the people who can afford the lawyer. best bet is to avoid the situation if it hasnt already happened.
