Does this facebook message in spanish sound like he's trying to start trouble?

This kid from Mexico wanted to be friends on FB after I accepted one of his FB friends I said yes to his friend request. He sent me a message if I knew a partucalar person I said no I don't, then he sent me this message "tu eres d ponce vdd y tu vivias antes en trujillo alto". Should I just block him? I dunno why kids wanna start trouble with random strangers on the other side of the world these days?
