Need some guy advice (teen)...?

well i have been friends with this guy since school last year and we hung out with our two other friends a couple times in the summer. we texted sometimes but when we did it was for a long time. he goes to my church also btw. he was going to go on a retreat so he texted me and asked if i was owing but i said no :( so a few days after i asked him how it was and he said all this stuff and then said it would have been awesome if i was there. after that we lost contact and i saw him at church one day but he was with his girlfriend from another school and i don't know what to do because i still kind of like him.... any advice? did he like me? do you think he is still dating her?
