Do i have another chance with him?

In February, I went on a church youth retreat and i met some really awesome ppl that live like an hour and a half away. One of the guys really liked me and we talked alot at the retreat but i was trying not to think about guys but he was really cute. After the retreat i found him on facebook and he messaged me and asked me for my number and we talked 24/7 and i went to hang out with him and the other ppl that i know where he lives. One time i spent the night there and we all camped out and it was really romantic nd we kissed and made out and slept together (not had sex just slept together, lol) and the next time i was supposed to hang out with him something happened so that he couldnt hang out and we got in an argument and stopped talking but now all of a sudden hes talking to me again. I really really realy like him and id do anything to have another chance with him..
