Specifics about buying the pintail 37 longboard?

so im looking at the pintail 37 by original on the computer right now and it looks awesome... im thinking about buying it... Im just picking the standard trucks wheels and bearings because they add no extra cost... but would the standard wheels (kryptonics 70mm 78a) be fine on roads that are rough? will the board still move the same? the skateboard i have right now has really crappy wheels that when i try to skateboard on my road they sorta slow me down... i really have to push and my pushes dont last long. so what do u think? are all yhe standard stuff fine? will i be able to move good on rough roads?
