Help me! At&t sucks!?

I've had a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10a for 5 months. Recently, while away from my dad on vacation with my grandparents, my usb port was fried. I don't know how it just was. I went to go get a new phone but I'm not eligible for an update. Its not covered in warranty. I just want a phone. Right now, my SIM is in a crappy gophone. I've tried everything to immedately fix it. I'm not sending it in. My current plan is to keep(unforutantly)using the gophone. And when I get home my dad will go back to his Blackberry and give me his Xperia that we got for free. Does anyone know of any wireless charging pads that are compatible with my device? Any ideas please??
