Rash under arms Please help :)?

Hey guys what's up basically im kind of worried im not saying it serious i bloody hope it isent okay eres the story i noticed some wha ti thort was scratchs on my arm then i looked and on both arms pits under i have a rash but it looks like little scratchs theres not itchy at all and i was wondering if it could be a reaction from deoderant (spray) ???
