My boyfriend wants to make out all the time and everywhere?

So, my boyfriend wants to make out ALL OF THE TIME, after I retreat he waits for like 2 minutes and swoops in again.. And is it okay to make out in public? I mean, isn't that too vulgar..? I like his kisses, but I'm a bit insecure about this part.. Help?
