I think my ball python appears to have lost her eyes?

i had a ball pythhon for a little more over a year, i bought it when it was a month old, everythign was right and about a year from when a bought it i change apartments it was during the winter and when this happened the snake was in the procces of shedding but the apartment was too cold since the heating was gettign fixed, and it was during a very very cold season so the whole house was very cold overall i tried to do everything to keep the snake warm, she had a poor shed and had retained eye caps, from a shed before plust that one last shed i soak it in water for a little while because that always helps and put some eye drops i bought specially for snakes, but it was not helping i put her back in his cage and she started rubbing his eyes and i noticed some blood after some weeks here eres were flat and just plain black but she was still eating fine , even better than usual, but this last shed was good and everything and noticed that in the head part of the shed there were some 2 black spots that looked like dried blood, and i took a look at my snake and where the eyes are supposed to be is like there no eyes and is not even flat is just like a dented inside and there is white, not white liquied , just white, did she lose her eyes?
