Health emergency!! i am so scared!?

i am showing 4 out of five syptoms of diabetes typee one and i am going to camp sunday for 6 days and my mom is gone on a scrabooking retreat. i dont now how to tell my dad or my sister who is 21. i looked it up and it said it could be fatal!!!!!!!!!!!1 im only 13!
