Good mens hairdresser / hairstylist in Melbourne ?

Hi, I need to find a good hairstylist in Melbourne... any recommendations? Half the time my haircuts end up looking misshapen or not symmetrical or otherwise crappy, so I'm hoping Yahoo Answers can save me!
