Can someone who is fluent in spanish please translate this?

The best way to learn any language is to live in a place where that language is spoken. Necessity to be able to speak a language makes learning that language much easier. Maybe spend a summer in Mexico or something. The second best way is to get a spanish speaking teacher. You can take it in school or hire a tutor.
